Easter and Review

This week, we continued to review the letters and numbers we've learned.  We practiced writing our numbers and we played number and letter games.

During music time, we listened to and sang along to some Easter or bunny songs.  See our Facebook page for some of the songs https://www.facebook.com/pages/French-Valley-K-Prep-Preschool-LLC/279554935403169

We also sang and danced to some songs from my curriculum book.

For art, we dripped colored water onto flower shapes and Easter egg shapes.  The next class, we glued balled up tissue papers on the eggs to give it polka-dots.  The flowers are hung in our windows with some Easter baskets and Easter eggs.  It looks pretty, so take a peak, next time you drop off/pick up your child.

Our centers were the games.  I didn't follow the centers I planned on the monthly newsletter.  I'll push those into the next month.

Enjoy the pictures:
water and food coloring dropped with droppers on absorbent, flower-shaped paper

Also coloring egg-shaped coffee filters.  The paper towels made neat lines on the eggs

adding polka-dots with balled up tissue papers to their painted eggs
